Happy New Year!

For Wyatt's birthday (which happens to be the 30th) I surprised him with tickets to go see Murder by Death in Bloomington on New Year's Eve.  I had arranged for some of his friends to join us too. He definitely did not see that one coming!  I worked until noon but then we headed down to Bloomington.  We met up with Connie and Patrick for dinner at Janko's Little Zagreb. Everything comes in such large portions there, but it was so delicious! We went back to change and then walked over to the Bluebird for the show.  Dan and Kalysa joined us there and we had a good time with everyone.  Such a fun night.  The next morning, we all went to the Runcible Spoon for breakfast and Wyatt and I made a pit stop at the Sample Gates.  There was absolutely no one around so we had to settle for taking individually.  I managed to put them together quickly for a neat picture. (perhaps one day I'll take the time to do it in photoshop instead of on my iPhone)
