Greyhouse Coffee

A few weeks ago, Wyatt and I went to Greyhouse Coffee over on campus for a brunch date.  I had been there one other time for gelato in the spring and knew I just had to try their crepes!  I am so glad that we went!  I tried the Nanny Banner crepe. It has nutella and bananas and is amazing!  I mean it was nutella, duh! Wyatt tried the Cherry Frangipane with tart cherries, frangipane crumble, and toasted almonds.

I ordered a coffee to drink and chose the Organic Jam Blend.  I love their variety of selections out each day.   Wyatt ordered a London Fog and we ended up switching drinks half way through.  His was delicious.  I've never been one to add anything other than sugar to tea but this Earl Grey tea latte with vanilla definitely hit the spot!  One thing I loved about the coffeehouse is their bottomless iced tea and iced coffee options.  Where was this when I was studying in college?

Did I mention that they also sell French Macarons?  Wyatt and I both decided we wanted to try something out of their pastry case as well.  He came back with a key lime tart but I opted for the macarons.  He got me a variety of 4 different kinds that came in a cute little tin and were so good!  The shop itself is a lot more spacious than I originally though and quite cute on the inside.  I do see myself heading over to campus to get some design work done there while sitting in the window sipping on delicious drinks!
