Halloween is just a week away! I have been getting in the spooky spirit around the apartment. I love decorating for Halloween! Last year we went to Indianapolis to celebrate with our friends and in 2014 I went to Chicago to go to a concert with my best friend, Amanda. This year we don't have any plans to go celebrate with friends because we get the honor of celebrating our friends as they get married on Saturday afternoon. Even though we can't dress up or go all out with treats, I manged to get a few things up and out in the apartment.
I found both prints for free via Pinterest! Today I'm sharing some of my favorite Pinterest finds for Halloween! Find these pins and more over on my Holiday Pinterest board.
1. Hocus Pocus themed prints | I found both the prints above from Pinterest. I did change the colors of the Sarah Sanderson print to match my decor better. It's a pin from Babble. The other Hocus Pocus inspired print is from Dawn Nicole Designs and can be found here. There are a set of three free printables in the Dawn Nicole Designs freebie for you to choose from.
2. Skeleton Cupcakes | These are adorable. Who would have thought to use a marshmallow, covered pretzels, and an edible food marker to create these fun skeleton cupcakes?
3. Chalkboard Painted Pumpkins | This is an adorable twist on pumpkins. Chalkboards are all the rage and this is super easy. Just spray pain the pumpkins black and use white paint to achieve the chalkboard look. Or you could go a step further and use chalkboard paint and chalk in your message!
4. Hocus Pocus Smores Pops | You may be noticing a theme here. I LOVE Hocus Pocus. When I saw this tutorial, I instantly fell in love. They are so creative and sound delicious! Who doesn't like smores?
