Our friends asked if we wanted to go to the tree farm with them a couple weeks ago and I, of course, jumped at the idea. We met them for brunch at Bistro 501 downtown because we had all been talking about trying their brunch for a while. After we ate, we made our way to Cassens Trees. We snapped some pictures while walking around in search of their tree. Growing up we stopped having real Christmas trees when I was fairly young so this was fun to experience for the first time.
We had such a good morning. Maybe next year we will consider a real tree! We will see. Last night we also decided to take a family picture in front of our mantle with our fur baby. We have recently found out he doesn't have much time left with us so we wanted to be sure to capture a family picture! It's always a struggle to get a cat to cooperate for pictures but these didn't turn out too bad.
